Collection Policy

Collections are available for both outlets.

For verification purposes, please provide your order number, and name during the collection

If someone is collecting on your behalf (e.g. a friend, GrabExpress, Lalamove, etc.), they must also mention the name used for the order and the cake ordered.

As our cakes are delicate, collection by car is strongly recommended to ensure they arrive in perfect condition

Please note that no changes or refunds will be allowed once the order has been confirmed.

Delivery Policy

Orders are delivered by on-demand 3rd party car drivers who are not affiliated with our company, 8 Inch by Legend

Delivery is non-cancellable once the driver's route has been arranged by the system

Please note that the ETA is just an estimation and can change depending on factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and the driver's route.

Please keep in mind that an ETA is not a confirmation of arrival time.

If the delivery location is too remote or unreachable, the driver will only deliver to the nearest car-accessible area. In this case, you will be required to collect the order from the driver at that location.

We will assess the situation and, at our sole discretion, arrange for a replacement cake to be delivered or issue a refund. If you fail to report the damage within 3 hours, we may not be able to accept your claim and no refund will be made.
